Our client called our office in a panic: the mother of his newborn son had left Massachusetts and moved without the court’s permission down South.

We filed an emergency motion for custody and to have the court order the child returned to the Commonwealth for custody proceedings.  The child was brought back to the State. Through our representation, the court awarded our client full legal and physical custody.
